Too often, we are not aware of these, as most thoughts are subconscious.

However, even small mindset shifts can make a huge difference in how we act and react. They allow us to make conscious choices that support our goals.

Nourishing Nutrition

Learn why the "good food vs. bad food" mentality doesn't actually promote good health, and discover how to improve your relationship with food and your body.

By doing so, you can easily nourish yourself properly while also enjoying the many roles food has in your life. And yes, no food is off limits, unless for medical reasons or personal choice.

Activity & Exercise

Regular exercise is crucial as we age to maintain muscle mass, reduce chronic disease risk and improve bone density. It also benefits heart health, lowers diabetes and cancer risk, boosts mood, reduces stress, and improves cognitive function.

Brisk walking, swimming, cycling, strength training, or dance classes are all effective ways to stay active.

Lifestyle & Longevity

Positive lifestyle changes improve longevity and health. Less stress and better sleep reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.

Avoiding harmful habits such as smoking and excessive alcohol increase life expectancy and quality of life.

Self-compassion, curiosity and prioritising mental health help support a smooth menopausal transition.

Based on your food logs, I will be able to make specific suggestions to help you eat more balanced meals, reduce cravings and curb emotional eating. This is not about restriction, but about nourishing.  No food is off-limits (unless for personal preference or medical reasons). We work on improving your relationship with food and un-learn diet-culture mantras, habits and rules. The aim is for you to create habits that help you reach AND maintain your goals long-term, in a healthy and sustainable way.

Activities to suit you

Not everyone enjoys going to the gym or wants to train for a marathon.

However, there are huge health and well-being benefits from being more active in our daily lives, especially as we are approaching menopause (and beyond). 

Let's discover what you enjoy and can see yourself doing for years to come. We will create achievable movement and exercise goals for you, based on what you enjoy and can fit into your schedule.

Coaching calls with me

These calls are an opportunity for us to catch up on your progress and overcome any challenges you may be facing along the way.
In this process, there is no such thing as failure - instead, I call them learnings. By becoming aware of what does not work, you can actively make changes to reach your goals.
